Marvel’s Avengers: Age of Ultron teaming up with Project Livewire

July 25 2014

Marvel comics and Harley-Davidson will be continuing their collaboration in the upcoming blockbuster, Marvel’s Avengers: Age of Ultron. Due for release in the United States on May 1, 2015, Marvel’s Avengers: Age of Ultron will feature the usual cast of superstar actors and a pair of American made motorcycles. The announcement of Project Livewire was timed to coincide with the start of its cross-country demo ride tour. It also coincided with the release of a “spy-shot” from the set of the new Marvel movie in which we see the stunt double for actress Scarlett Johansson (Natasha Romanoff a.k.a. Black Widow for non-comic book fans), riding the new electric motorcycle prototype from H-D. The perfect coincidence? Maybe, but it’s official now, Livewire is going to make its Hollywood debut in the upcoming Marvel Blockbuster.

The Street 750 will also be appearing in the movie as it did in Captain America’s last silver screen appearance, Captain America: The Winter Soldier. “Our partnership with Marvel continues to provide thrilling platforms to showcase our latest innovations to existing and new fans of the brand,” said Dino Bernacchi, Director of U.S. Marketing at Harley-Davidson Motor Company.
