ecently flocked to Palm Springs, California for the much anticipated launch of the Ducati Scrambler and a preview of the brand image that will accompany it. A gaggle of newcomers, bearded and plaid-clad, turned up to represent both industry and non-industry publications, confirming Ducati’s attempts to embrace a new bread of customer. With a very reasonable entry level price and plenty of accessories to allow for personalization, Ducati could have a new best seller on its hands with the Scrambler. Our own Costa Mouzouris braved the skinny jeans and stylized facial hair to bring us his impressions of this back to basics motorcycle.
