When reading your fine magazine road tests each month, it ocurred to me that I'd like to see, especially for the road bikes, the rpm reading at 100 kph.

I think that I understand why you would like to see this, but maybe you could expand on why that information is of relevance to you. The rev rate at 100 km/h is data that's provided by us on occasion, but certainly not with any frequency. Your suggestion has its merits and we'll take it under consideration; keep in mind that even if it is implemented, due to our testing schedule it wouldn't appear for at least four issues.
