Its Fathers-day in North Vancouver and finally the rain subsides. Italian, French cars and Motorcycles begin to find there way into Waterfront park in North Vancouver for the annual event. Its not a judged show, you just show up and enjoy. The motorcycle side of things was slow off the start this year but as the day went on more Italian bikes came in. Benelli, Ducati, Moto Guzzi and MV were all there. 277278279

If you are into Italian Transportation this is a not to miss event on the Wet Coast.

Always wanted a Jota. A friend of mine owned one in the early late '70s, early '80s. It was already an exotic back then. Nowadays? Forget-about-it! It had me at orange.

Interestingly enough Jota headquarters is in Nakusp BC. One of the worlds largest stocks of NOS Laverda parts.

That might explain why I saw two of them there last summer and haven't seen any either before or since.
