I promise not to use your email address for anything other... I don't mind if you use my e-mail address. When sending the e-mails, if you use "bcc" rather than "to" it limits the third party access to the emails which cuts down on a lot of junk mail. You would then see the address as "undisclosed recipients" in the address bar on the stuff you receive. Since I am on dial up I go to the IP website and screen out large emails with video or lots of pictures because my connection tends to time out before they load. Annoying but I'm too cheap to get a satellite connection. Onward and upward, Noel Henderson PS, my email address is colinglencannon@uniserve.com. (it's a long story)
Noel - The messaging seems to work fine. I hate to be a downer but I have to tell you that from here on in, your regime is all concerned with battling with degenerative ailments. The pay-off and the good news is that when you get it all sorted, life is very good and your freedoms are vast. Eggs benny is poison, likewise pork chops, likewise blue cheese, likewise arghhhh... Red beans and rice worked for me for a while. The moderator of that forum has asked me to get together a half dozen pieces so that he can show them to his editor. You are a literate guy and I would like to send you a few things I am working on. For reaction, for evaluation, and because writing is a lonely pursuit. I like to write and do it for mental health, but it is harder to do in a vacuum. I promise not to use your email address for anything other... Cheers, Peter Priest
I have had an attack of gout some time ago now and have been able to avoid subsequent attacks by avoiding alcohol and by limiting rich food, such as eggs benny. I always did eat mostly fresh stuff but gout runs in our family and so I must be careful. I don't know everything of course but I have only had the one attack so far and so I seem to be on the right track. I do miss the odd Guinness though. Cheers Noel Henderson PS This is copied from my reply to your message. I'm not sure that one went through. There is nothing in my inbox nor in my sent folder. I'm not too sure how this works yet. I just keep trying things and waiting for feedback. Cheers NH
