    3250 km in 6 days

Here's a few shots from my last road trip. I shot a bunch of HD video but now I have to edit it. Attached is a 4some of screen shots. Montana, Idaho, Oregon, Washington and the southern interior of BC in 1 week. If anyone is interested I can provide you with directions of some nice roads to romp down. 4_up.jpg

Nice photos from a different perspective. What kind of camera did you use? Taking video is so much easier than editing. I have footage from over a year ago that I have had the good intention to edit.

Looking forward to seeing more from your trip

I like that camera angle. It took me quite a few years with multiple type of P.O.V. cameras to nail down a good spot to mount them. You want to keep it low to the ground. If you mount it on your head you have to be going double the speed limit to make it look like you're going fast. I use the HD version of this companies gear. http://www.vio-pov.com/ Stuff like Go-Pro's and Contour offer decent gear, but the VIO stuff (though more expensive) fits my needs better.

I agree with the sentiment about capturing video is way easier than editing it. I really limit my capturing of new footage as I have hours of the stuff already in the hard drive. I keep saying some cold winter night I'll work on it. But after a couple winters there's not much new stuff coming out.
