Although we were out for the ride more then the destination.
Manitoulin and the Grey Bruce offer great Camping and Hiking trails , caves and much more .....

Fantastic post. I had to burst out laughing at the message on the back of the Wing; it's perfect. Are those falls on the island or the Bruce peninsula?

The Falls are on the Island in a little town called Kagawong on the 540.
I did an edit to my post, I am getting real good responses on FB, seems a lot of people like the picture. It really is a must see if you are in the area.

We took the ferry in from Tobermory and unlike the Picton ferry the Chi- Cheemaun let's motorcycles on first and off first way cool.
They give you some rope to tie down your bike, all though I think it's just for peace of mind lol (if you want it done right , bring your own straps).

It rained mostly as we rode the Bruce so there are no real nice pictures. All though we did find some nice roads we were a little disappointed as you cannot see much of the shore line through the trees. I beleive the best time to ride the Bruce would be Spring or Fall when the leaves are few and far between.

    Chi-Cheemaun ferry

The last of the rain, we were able to set up camp as soon as it passed

Thank you for the compliments guy's

Great pics, I will have to see the falls my next time there. Any other pointers for photos on the island? The ride we did there last year was awesome except the price of the ferry, rather expensive when you add up the cost of bike, rider, AND reservation fee which is mandatory.

Thanks for sharing the great pictures! Just looking at them made me excited to get back on the road, kind of sad right now as our season is pretty much done. Yet it is inspiring to see vacation photos....it's not just the destination, it's the journey. That's one of the reasons I love to ride.

I have done the exact same trip a couple of times in both directions, both to and from the island by ferry. As I live not too far from there, it is a great three day ride to get the ferry over, and leave north by the bridge, to circle back home, or vice versa. The entire island makes it about five days if that is added in. You took great pictures. Mine never seem to turn out as well, lol.
