Hawgzotic Custom Cycles in Langley, BC has developed a three-piece wheel system for 24-inch front and 21-inch rear wheels to fit Metzeler tires. At this time, Metzeler is the only manufacturer to produce this size rubber and Hawgzotic worked closely with the tire company to design these wheels.
The wheels can be finished in triple chrome plating, black chrome, copper or powder coat. Since the wheels are three-piece construction, any combination of finish is also possible, opening up styling possibilities by applying one finish to the wheel centre and another finish to the shells. The wheels are made from 6061 aluminum and are sealed in order to accept a tubeless tire. Hawgzotic has many styles in stock or they can provide wheels of your own design.
Hawgzotic Custom Cycle is a 360 Brake distributor and all wheels come OEM with a 360 Brake system unless otherwise noted. The 360 Brake offers a cleaner look by exposing the whole wheel without a rotor getting in the way of the pattern. The wheels can also be supplied with matching rotor and pulley patterns.
Standard design wheel prices run about $2,200 for the rear and $2,500 for the front depending on finish choices. The 360 Brake system adds $1,000 to the wheel price.
Because these large wheels require different frame specs, frames are also available at Hawgzotic in rigid and softail design and in any rake and stretch configuration.
